6. Safety and Operational Compliance

To ensure safe and ethical operations:

  • Employees and subcontractors must comply with occupational health and safety laws, including proper use of tools, materials, and personal protective equipment
  • Clients must follow care instructions and use delivered products as intended
  • All users must avoid tampering with structural, mechanical, or fabricated components that may compromise safety
  • Unsafe work conditions or incidents must be reported immediately to compliance or management

7. Consequences of Violation

MBS reserves the right to take appropriate action for violations of this policy, including but not limited to:
